A Surprisingly Photogenic Collection of Scrap Cars

In his Flickr set titled “Autumn Leaves”, photographer Timm Suess documented an abandoned vehicle graveyard near Bern, the capital of Switzerland. Here, all manner of abandoned cars, vintage and retro, lie in the undergrowth half concealed by the fallen leaves and foliage. It’s a car lover’s paradise – or perhaps, more accurately, nightmare – and lends itself effortlessly to the photographer’s lens.
